  • You get contract letter receipt of payment, when you make payment.
  • You get your letter of Allocation, Deed of Conveyance when you have completed your payment. Usually, clients get allocated within 2 weeks after full payment.

Upon completion, the management will set up an Estate Management Committee (EMACOM) that comprises of appointed or elected members of  the estate landlord and company representatives. The committee will meet periodically to take pragmatic decisions regarding management of the estate. the decision taken by the EMACOM shall be binding on all residents. The company shall be retained as facility manager of the estate.

Yes, upon request, our technical departments are on ground to design, construct, supervise and deliver best quality to prospective clients at affordable rate within the shortest period.

Yes you can buy and resell, however the management need to be informed.

Upon completion of the infrastructure in the estate buyer are expected to start developing immediately and you can keep for not more than 3 years before building. After the company most have made the place inhabitable.

The company had paid on behalf of the prospective buyers. However, the individual landlord will pay building and approval base on the design of the building to relevant agencies.

He is faculty member of Nigerian Institute of Management Fellow, Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria And the Initiator of The Real Estate on Radio with Orymartins.  A program which has been consistent in the last 6years with millions of listeners across Nigeria.
Ory Martins is a Certified National Trainer (CNT) and a Graduate of the Head Trainer Course of JCI Training, USA. His training engagement has taken him to so many countries of the world. He is a JCI Senator.
Due to his numerous Real Estate Achievements, he was recently inducted into Japanese Property Management Association, in far away Tokyo.

For over 15 years, he has consulted with multinationals, National Banks, Public, Private and International Organizations such as CBN, NNPC, NAP Oil, UBA and Akintola Williams Delliote.

ESV. Bayo Alabi (FNIVS, FCAI, FIMC,) is an Estate Surveyor and Valuer, Auctioneer, and a Management Consultant.
He has been practicing for over 25 years, with experience in valuation, property management, property development, agency, and mortgage advisory. He is the head of practice of Adebayo Alabi and Associates a firm he established in 2002 after working with Fortune Ebie & Co, a foremost estate firm in Nigeria. He is a consultant to both private and public organizations. He is a product of Thee Federal Polytechnic Bauchi (1992). He is a Fellow of the Nigeria Institution of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (FNIVS), Fellow Certified Institute of Auctioneers of Nigeria (FCAI), Fellow Institute of Management Consultants of Nigeria (FIMC). He is the principal consultant of the firm Worth One -Plus Consulting firm.

OLUSOLA AKINGBASOTE

Director of Operations

Olusola Akingbasote is the Principal Partner and CEO of Asokay Real Estate Limited. A graduate of Estate Management. He had practical experience with Ken-Fem Nigeria Limited; a firm of building Engineers. He was the Chief Project Manager for Peter Okolo & Company Abuja, where he supervised the successful development and marketing of the Fatima Gold Estate at Karu Abuja. A 29- Hectare Expanse of land comprising over 400 Housing units of bungalows and duplexes.
He is an Associate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (AMNIM), a member of Nigerian Institution Of Estate Surveyors and Valuers (NIESV)and  a member of Real Estate Developers Association of Nigeria (REDAN). He is presently the Trust Fund Pension cooperation society’s Project Co-ordinator in charge of the co-operatives construction of all their estates in and around Abuja the FCT. He is an asset acquisition consultant with Total PLC, He is also in retainership of Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) for asset valuation and property sales. He has successfully disposed many assets for AMCON worth over 20 Billion Naira and valued over 25 high profile properties for AMCON in the past three (3) years. He manages properties for both corporate and private individuals. At the moment he has over 800 clients in his property management profile. Mr Akingbasote Olusola has over 23 years experience in Real Estate, his area of strength is Estate Surveying, Estate Valuation, Pre-investment appraisal, Property management and project Management.

RYUICHI KUSHIBIKI is the President of TOYO KAIHATSU Co Ltd, the 48th President of JCI SAKATA in 2014, and the Director of Blue Border Co Ltd. RYUICHI is supporting real estate investment in Japan and in the world as a real estate consultant. He is a member of the development support committee of the Japan Junior Chamber International Senior Club. RYUICHI is also the Chairman of Community Service SAKATA CHUOU Rotary Club, the 2800th district.

TAKEO SEGAMA is the CEO of Seek Edge Limited, the Chairman of Emirate Japan Marketing Council, Japan. He graduated from the University of Japan with degrees in Public Finance and Economics. SEGAMA manages investment and consultant companies in multiple countries. SEGAWA has a great network with top Japanese scientists with his broad knowledge of science and technology. He has extensive knowledge about the world economy, international market, financial analysis, and international tax system. he was the Head of Mizuho bank's funding and risk management team during the 2009 economic crisis and won the two CEO awards.
